Momos are Nepalese and Tibetan dumplings that are particularly found in the Himalayan region. The dough is made from flour and water. At naanu, our Nepalese cook Jagadip Gourung prepares the fresh and artistically shaped momos by hand, with a vegetarian tofu-vegetable or chicken filling. The momos are steamed and served with a spicy dip.
