Our chefs delight our guests every day with their exclusive specialities and creativity.

Before joining our kitchen team, Jagadip Gurung worked as a trekking guide in Nepal, where he gained extensive knowledge of the diverse Nepalese cuisine. In Portugal, he further developed his culinary skills and gained experience in various restaurants.

After completing his studies in gastronomy in India, working in several Indian restaurants and gaining experience as a head chef in Switzerland, naanu now benefits from Kamal Kishor’s diverse skills and expertise. His culinary creations continue to delight our guests.

Abdulahi Mahamed Shiikh, our all-rounder from Somalia, originally worked as a bus driver. He gained his experience in the hospitality industry through various restaurants and catering establishments in Zurich.

In the service department, Aline Bolay keeps everything running smoothly. She completed her training as a chef with Zurich-based gastronomy company Candrian. After spending two years in Nepal and working at various establishments in Zurich, including the Widder Hotel, she joined naanu.

Niththika Rasalingam, our service team member, works with great dedication and passion, ensuring our guests’ satisfaction with her friendly manner.
