Before Jagadip Gurung joined our kitchen team, he was a trekking guide in Nepal and knows the diverse Nepalese cuisine very well. In Portugal, he gained experience as a motivated cook in various restaurants.
After completing his studies in gastronomy in India, experiencing various positions in Indian restaurants, and serving as a head chef in Switzerland, naanu today benefits from Kamal Kishor’s versatile skills and knowledge. With his culinary talents, he continually impresses our customers.
Abdulahi Mahamed Shiikh, our all-rounder from Somalia, was originally a bus driver. He acquired his skills in the gastronomy sector at various hospitality establishments in Zurich.
In service, Aline Bolay keeps an overview. She completed her training as a cook with the Zurich-based gastronomy entrepreneur Candrian. After two years in Nepal and various positions in Zurich, including at the hotel.
